I’ve had my travel blog, http://www.northcarolinabeachvacations365.com up since november, complete with an SEO team that doesn’t seem to be doing much but is costing me a fortune, affiliate links, amazon store, an MLM product and rss feed. I am starting to do backlinking. Can you help me figure out what to write on peoples blogs? I know I have to post relative content and make reference to their blog and only post in relative topics so as not to spam.
1. Do I include my HTML in the post or just in the space labeled website?
2. Do I try and tie in my keywords to the post?

Hi Jen,
Let me do my best to answer from my experience. As long as you read the blog post and make a comment or ask a question related to the topic, the webmasters will generally approve your comments, thus getting you a back link. As for what to write, see above
For HTML, it is a matter of preference. I don’t mind people using links in comments, but some webmasters will remove those. You can always put your link in the website area without having your post deleted. As for keywords, you certainly can if you can work them in with the topic you are responding to. I do not, but it should not get you in trouble if you do.
